We wanted to get a stairlift to help make it easier for our 90-year-old father to get to his 2nd floor bedroom. We "found" Next Level Accessibility on Yelp and were impressed by their glowing reviews. Our initial intent for scheduling an at-home meeting with them was just to gather information but Ira won us over with his professionalism, friendliness and patience. He listened to our concerns and invited us to his Long Island office so Dad could try out a demo floor model. This morning, Anthony & Mike arrived early for the installation and they were done in less than 2 hours. Both were very professional, friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. They patiently went over how to use the lift and watched Dad go up & down and get on & off several times. From start to finish, we had great service from Next Level Accessibility. It was a pleasure working with all of them and they have our highest recommendation!

He made sure all directions were clear and spent extra time explaining connections, alarms, etc. to make sure nothing is confusing. When the ramp had to be removed, he again did the work in a clean and efficient manner, offering condolences for our loss.
