"At the time my license to work in Brooklyn NY had expired not my asbestos license,and I was waiting for the replacement to come in the mail, I let the client know as soon as I realized it was taking longer than expected. The job was in the basement of a very clutter and filthy house not fit to live in, I doubt anyone had cleaned in many years.
