Description of Work: They found a leak in a bathtub trap which necessitated them opening up the ceiling below ( done very neatly) and replacing the trap. Great job! Problem solved.

Description of Work: We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing for many years now. They're the most professional plumbing SERVICE company we have ever had the pleasure of utilizing. Jim has been the plumber that we've had the most experience with. But all their plumbers are knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of us and our home. Service as it should be! Our last visit was for a pesty clog in our 2nd floor bathroom. We've also had them install a gas line for a permanent power generator and other plumbing concerns over the years. The best of the best. We would NOT use any other company.

Description of Work: Repaired storm damage after Sandy, including new mast and attachments, and new breaker panel. Very punctual and professional service, involved relocating the lead of the power line into the house - even patched the exposed siding where the line had been previously located.

Description of Work: Attempted to remedy steam heat pipe banging in one of our radiators. Still have problem. Would use them again, just a bit to pricey though, for one hour of work ?

Description of Work: Found broken pipe in concrete slab and repaired pipe and drained system

Description of Work: Very courteous and punctual service but extremely expensive.got 5 different estimates and they were more than 50 percent more expensive then everyone else.
