Description of Work: My only concern, and it is an important one is that, after they installed the hot water heater they I was informed that it would require yearly maintance, which they would gladly perform at an excessive cost. I would have used another company if I was informed before the replacement.

Description of Work: I used this company many years ago, possibly 10 years ago. I felt that they overcharged me. I was not satisfied and did not use them again. Note, this was some time ago, perhaps they have gotten better. Other firms are also available. I have not had a plumbing issue in years (thank goodness).

Description of Work: They did a nice job repairing a tub hot and cold control valve. While one man repaired it they had another pick up a part to finish the job. They stand behind their work with a 1 year guarantee. I had to call them back to make the same repair just before the guarantee expired. They came and made the repair NO PROBLEM, the guaranty was honored.

Description of Work: They came to our home several years ago when we had a leak into our dining room from the bathtub above. Told us the job would be $2000 to fix the leak bathroom but they would have to tear into the dining room ceiling to see if that's where it was coming from, however the $2000 would not include fixing the ceiling. We would have to hire a carpenter on our own. When we refused to hire them they requested a $40 service fee. When we told them we would be reporting them to the BBB, they waived the fee. We hired a master plumber, Ed Cody. He did the job and also changed the faucets in the sink for a total of $400 with a one year guarantee. Its been years and no problem at all!
