"At no time during the power washing of their home was there any damage to the siding of their home. After we power washed their home on February 29th we did experience a storm on March 2nd with strong winds at 46 Mph. As per our contract All Star is not responsible for loose siding. The customer made no attempt to contact us regarding this issue and if they have we would have had no problem doing extra work for the customer if it were our fault. When All Star completes a job we take pictures and this job is no different and the photos show no damage to any of the siding upon completion of the work performed by All Star."

"Upon our first meeting the customer mentioned that she was very displeased with the company and work performed on her pathway. We did return to address her concern and evaluate the situation. As the customer stated we would call her back IF anything could be done and we did call and due to the quality of the brick there was nothing we could do. We did not receive any additional phone calls. The 2 year old bricks were beveled, stained and were damaged prior to being power washed. After speaking to a Masonry company we deal with The pinkish color is a result due to the quality of the brick used for the pathway. What ever material was used to make that brick obviously didn't have the "Real Brick" color going through it. Either pavers or a higher quality brick should have been used do to the harsh winters and not to mention sealing the brick from day one would have helped maintain the original look and prevent weathering. In all of our years doing our job we have never washed away the color from a brick. As we mentioned to the customer, there is a possibility that there was a bad batch she received because not all of the bricks on her pathway were in poor condition. We did not purchase or install the bricks or pathway. We gave the customer a great price and she hired us to power wash the pathway and back patio to remove the dirt, mold/mildew, seal and add sand to the spaces in the pathway. The customer was walked through the job upon completion and gave us final payment because she was satisfied."

"We have never cursed in front of customers or children nor have we barged into their home. They had a complaint of gutters still dirty. The gutters were pitted and customers were aware. We were hired to powerwash home, deck and stain deck. Deck was damaged and need repaired or replaced before we could powerwash and stain the deck. Customers decided against having the deck repaired and at no time were we fired. We completed the job."
"We were the 3rd contractor to bid on this job as told to us by the customer. We were hired and our contract was signed. I doubt we were over priced especially when we were requested to scrub the house with a soft bristle brush and it was very labor intensive. We did return to the home a second time with out question because of residue that was left behind. Although it is rare, it does happen. I don't see anywhere that the customer was unsatisfied with the over all job!"
"She did not mention that the railing on their deck was damaged and needed repair so we had to return with our carpenter. We were hired to powerwash and stain their deck. The color requested had to be special ordered since it wasn't a stock item. The customer went on vacation and also the weather did not cooperate and the customer knew that we could not do the requested work on a wet deck or it could have damaged the deck surface. CABOT Stain does not chip, it is absorbed by the wood. The customer walked around the entire job, was satisfied and provided a final Check. At no time were we contacted by the customer to return for any reason."
