F & L FLOORWORKS INC

F&L Floors did a great job of finishing our pine floors. They paid special attention to our original 100 year old floors and made them look great once again. Dave & crew were hard working and helped to make it as easy as possible for us to stay in the house while the floors were being done. We are very happy with our "new" old floors!

F&L Flooorworks also does business as Finglas Painting. The job took way too long (more than 2x as long as was projected), I think the company was a bit over its head with the size and difficulty of the job, and at the end, they didn't come back to finish what was only half a day's worth of work. The work that they did was very good quality, which is why I give them a B, in spite of these problems with time and responsiveness.

The work was beautifully done at a surprisingly low price (compared to other estimates I received). The materials used didn't give off fumes, either (which I recalled from another flooring stain job I had years ago). Some gouges and imperfections that had been in the flooring were nicely sanded out as well. Thoroughly professional; job done over three days, with plastic sheeting hung to protect other rooms (the kitchen!) from sanding dust so we were able to live in the house while the work was performed.

I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH MY KITCHEN FLOOR. THE FLOOR LOOKED BETTER THAN BEFORE. BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK IS TERRIBLE. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIS COMPANY.
