Listened to our goals, accommodated us, delivered a great renovation.

I would highly recommend John for any architectural project. John was creative, collaborative, and thorough in every interaction. We worked with him for almost a year during our home renovation and he guided us each step of the way, including zoning variance applications, selecting a contractor, monitoring progress, and more. We will definitely work with him on future projects.

John turned our 1930 duplex into a one-family home. He completely redesigned four floors and the internal systems from the ground up. It was an ambitious project for everyone involved and he successfully guided every stage. His plans met and exceed our wishes in both design and functionality. He made handling all the needed permits, submissions, and approvals a hands-free, worry-free experience. He was a pleasure to work with and the work was done on schedule without issue. We couldn't be happier with the results.

He was really professional. This was my first poject and he walked me through everything. My husband and I were very happy with him.

John was exceptionally nice, easy to talk to, completed his design on schedule, helpful in locating other services. This was a small project designing a header for a wall-removal, and he took the initiative to research and prepare the paperwork for town approval. I'll definitely work with him again if the occasion arises.

I think the professional service Mr. Power provided as an architect was excellent. He knows how to work with any space and shows his presence throughout the ongoing project to make sure the work is properly done. John was a pleasure to work with throughout our remodel/addition. He prepared alternate floor plans that we were able to take to contractors for quotes prior to finalizing the approach and applying for a building permit. He promptly addressed questions from the contractor during the building process. He followed up at the end of construction to make sure that all went well. Overall, we were very pleased with John's work and responsiveness.
