These people are a pleasure to work with! They did even more than I'd expected, and the results are wonderful. Note: they are much more than a "testing lab": they remove old lead paint and do a beautiful new paint job -- and along the way they do excellent carpentry repairs. I've already recommended them to a neighbor who has just hired them.

Initial contact and quote process was great. Mold removal - I don't know how to judge that but I hope it was done well. But they were an hour+ late each time they came, and didn't think that was a problem. They were supposed to leave the affected area in a "finished" state other than painting (very clearly discussed during the quote), and they had to make several attempts and couldn't get it right. I think (hope) that they can do mold removal but have any other work done by a different company that knows what it is doing. I think they said they could do it all just to get the business.

Anthony took the time to explain the various procedures, look at my violations, and walk me through what needs to be done to insure safety for my child and my family. He did all of this on a SATURDAY! This level of care and service is rare and I am happy to have found this company. The person who does the testing came over and did what they had to do. They are nice people but their customer service is not on point. I have to keep calling them to get my results. They said 4-5 days the results would be ready and now it's a week after and I had to call them again for the results. It would be wise to call the customer and tell them about the results as soon as they get them. They were so quick to collect payment though. I just called them today and the guy said I would get the results faxed and emailed within 2 hours. It's going on 3 hours now. That is not professional.
