They were terrible. The first time around they told me that there was an issue with the carburetor, and that was after they replaced the carburetor. The next time around they told me that there was an issue with the carburetor that they had just replaced, so they did some work on it, and the unit didn't function at all after that. The second part of the issue is, they have never returned the thing to me on time. We're talking weeks for them to return it to me. I couldn't wait anymore and decided to someone that my friend recommended because, they resolved the issue. The new vendor said that the carburetor was totally messed up and the carburetor needed to be replaced. They don't deliver the product in the promised time frame and their work is bad. They don't seem to care that they don't deliver in the time frame that they talk about. They don't stand behind their repairs and they never fixed anything.
Description of Work: Harvest Lawn Mower Repair replaced the carburetor on a generator and did some work on it.
