Steller Built

On 8/13/24 I was contacted by James Count from Steller built. He got my information from Angi’s list. He came to the house, said he wasn’t an engineer nor an architect and I said that is what the town of Cortlandt required, his response was his plans are accepted he hasn’t had a problem. He left and promised the plans in a few days received the plans on 9/13. He had said on 8/19 that I should pay him $500 and I would have the plans in 3-5 business days. 8/23 declined to do the project requested update on 8/28. 8/30 responded he would have the plans to me but he had a fall 9/5 asked for update 9/10 I just got out of hospital Plans emailed on 9/13. Rejected by the town His answer was then contact an architect 9/19 I asked about a refund as I felt he misrepresented himself. I was told I misinterpreted his service I paid for drawing and that’s what I got.

I recently had Steller Built renovate my 1-bedroom coop in White Plains, NY, and I'm thrilled with the results. They transformed my kitchen with new countertops, cabinets, and a functional island. The bathroom now boasts a larger shower, heated floors, and a double vanity. By knocking down walls, they created an open living space that's perfect for entertaining. They enlarged the bedroom, added built-in closets, and cleverly incorporated a laundry closet with stackable units. Steller Built maximized storage and improved the overall functionality and aesthetic of my home.

Beautiful job! I had my bathroom updated with all new fixtures, sink with cabinet and new seamless shower. All work was completed on time, they fully cleaned up after the work was done. I’m so happy with the results and would happily recommend them to anyone!

I couldn't be happier with the recent basement renovation done by Steller Built. What was once a typical basement filled with boxes is now a beautiful entertainment area complete with a full bathroom and laundry room with rolling doors, a 20-foot bar with seating, a huge sectional couch, a flat-screen TV, a small eating area, and a dart board. The transformation is incredible and makes our house feel huge! It's so nice having the extra space, especially with the little ones, four cats, a dog, and chickens. James and Kevin were fantastic in their project planning and execution. They provided a clear timeline and several windows of time to fit us into their schedule. The work was completed within their estimated window, and they maintained a high level of professionalism and cleanliness throughout the project. Highly recommended!
