They quoted me the price that was ultimately the cost. Al came out and was perfectly on time. I was told it would take 3 hours -- it took less. He removed the old paint job, repainted the tub and re-caulked it as well. Job well done and for a great price. No muss no fuss!

I was anticipating the need to completely refinish two tubs, but Al said one could be repaired (fix chips around the drain and fill in a few dings). He agreed the other needed a re-do. He quoted a price of $400 for the both projects. We did the repair first, the complete refinish a few days later. He was punctual for every visit. Both tubs look like new and the entire experience was pleasant and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Al was very responsive - returned call within 24 hours and set up appointment within 1 week. He was very punctual, and worked quickly. Very polite and professional and cleaned up when done.The bathtub looks like new. His invoice was exactly the price that he quoted over the phone. Both his price and timeframe for scheduling were better than others I had contacted.

Our bathrooms look fantastic!!! What a change. Our tubs and tile walls were not in terrible shape, but the colors were horrible and the surfaces dull from wear. We had priced other rebath approaches, and this was much cheaper to do and avoids any hollow, plastic feel that we were afraid of with other approaches. One bathtub is near perfect. The other bathtub is rough in some areas. Perhaps the spray was not mixed well or applied properly. You can feel the difference even though it isn't obvious to look at. There were minor clean up issues with some grout spots left on floor and countertop. We are replacing that countertop so were not too concerned. I would advise others to make sure that areas are protected. In spite of these problems I gave the company an A. They went out of their way to help me with finding and installing new fixtures. The price was very reasonable for the work done and the final result is such an improvement over what we had. If there are future problems they guarantee to fix them for 5 years.

The whole process was very easy. We called and got a quote and an appointment within two weeks. The workman showed up on time. His work was neat and of high quality. We were extremely pleased with the results.

The worker arrived on time, worked quickly, and efficiently and set up ventilation so that the house did not smell of chemicals afterwards. He completed the work in a few hours and the only trace he left was a sparkling new bathtub. I highly recommend them. I wish other repairs could be this easy.
