I HIRED LARRY ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO TO REPAIR A GARAGE ROOF LEAK - HE AGREED TO THE JOB AND SAID HE WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE LEAK - WELL 2 YEARS LATER AND NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS ITS STILL LEAKING. MY LAST CALL TO HIM WAS LAST SUMMER WHEN I HAD A FLOOD IN THE GARAGE ABOUT 3 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN - NOT TO MENTION ITEMS IN THE GARAGE RUINED AND SHEET ROCK MOLDED. LARRY CONVINCED MY BROTHER TO BUT HOLES INSIDE THE GARAGE ROOF TO SEE WHERE THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM. SO MUCH FOR A PROFFESSIONAL THAT TAKES PRIDE IN HIS WORK HE NEVER RETURNED NOR A PHONE TO CHECK. DO NOT HIRE HIM THINK TWICE...... NOW ITS COSTING ME $2000 TO REPAIR HIS MESS. THANK YOU LARRY FOR A GREAT JOB WELL DONE!!!!!

Larry and his crew arrived on time and replaced a sliding patio door that had been leaking. They did an excellent job and we would definitely use them again. Thank you Riley the Roofer.

To begin with, the roof on this house had been leaking for a long time and I was afraid it couldn't be fixed.  But Mr. Riley was very reassuring but told me about the multiple problems he had to repair.  A lot of the plywood underneath had rotted and had to be replaced.  I told him to go ahead and do whatever it needed, as I wanted the job done right.   At first, he didn't think he could do the front part of the roof in shingles because the angle wasn't right.  But then he came up with an idea to change the angle just the little that was needed by adding more plywood so he could use the shingles instead of just roll roofing, which wouldn't have looked as good.  Since I was spending a lot of money anyway, it was a modest increase in the price to make it look a lot better.  He called me every time there was a question about the procedure or the price.  I have complete confidence in him and would call him again if I need future repairs.  Also, I stopped by there to pay him and expected to see a big mess because it wasn't done.  They must clean up as they go because everything looked fine.  There was a huge dumpster in the driveway holding all the discarded old materials.  I would recommend him to anyone needing exterior improvements or repairs.

Just one employee came out to complete the work in about half a day. He called me back immediately, and came out quickly for the estimate. You will get fair prices for good work. They are very professional. He was exactly what you look for reliable and quick. This was post sandy and he was quick to assist with the fixes even when everyone else was too busy. It wasn't the biggest job out there at the time but he treated me like it was as important as another. He just did everything right.

I've used riley in the past and that is why they were the only company I called. The crew was great and they did an excellent job.

It went very well. Two men came, worked slow and steady and got the job done. These repairs were the result of wind and storm damage.
On another occasion we had a roof leak and Riley came, showed my husband how to make the repair himself, no charge.
I have recommending them to friends.

Room is now bone dry, after repeated rain and snow storms. Only concern I had was matching the color of the new shingles to the existing other roof areas, but they got it as close as possible, since the existing roof material was discontinued.

Came Friday to do an estimate. Very prompt. Estimate was fair. I gave him the go-ahead. Said they would do the work early the next week. He called later that day and asked if they could do the work the next day.
They arrived just when they said they would. In about 2 hours the work was done, everything was cleaned up and they were gone. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this company. Very rare to get an estimate and the work done in 2 days.
