Horrible experience. Worker was late to home on first visit. She was in and out of the house in a little over an hour. Bathroom shower basin was not cleaned, microwave was not cleaned, crumbs still remained on floor, entry doors were not cleaned, throw rugs were not replaced after floors were vacuumed they were draped over my daughter crib which is disgusting, toothpaste still on faucets, ceiling fans not dusted. I could go on for ever. Used windex to clean the entire house. Used an old dirty mop on floors and left puddles all over my wood floors. Worker rushed through home. We have experience with cleaning services and usually it takes 2 workers over 2 hours to clean my home. Cinderella's sent one woman and she was out in about an hour. An object was broken in the home and the worker never mentioned it to us. When asked she said she was just cleaning it and it cracked. When I called her boss Liz (owner of company) she told me that her worker said she didn't break the object and she believes her worker. I told her I already called and got a price for repair and would submit a bill. She told "things break" and she is not responsible for them. When questioned about the items that were not cleaned, Liz replied there is no check list and she can not quarantee that her workers will do everything, but could come back to clean them. I asked for a refund. Liz hung up on me when I asked if she was bonded and insured. She would not give me her last name or her license. My husband checked with Suffolk County and she is not licensed or insured. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING SERVICE. We will filling out a report with Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. We have had wonderful experience with more $$$$ companies and will return to them. You definitely get what you pay for. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with.
