John showed up on time and quoted a fair price to clear the drain. He had a particular hard time with the job and took longer than expected. Despite this increased time and difficulty the price as quoted stayed the same. Will consider using Rubber Duck Plumbing for future plumbing needs

Owner replied immediately to my post and was able to come the next day. I had an upstairs bathroom redone, and the toilet drain and mounting plate had to be raised up to meet the height of the new ceramic floor. He had to access the plumbing from the first floor bathroom ceiling, so an access hole was cut in the ceiling. He completed the work quickly and neatly, and I later installed the new toilet without issues. He was efficient, friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend his services and will use him for future needs.

Arrived on time and completed a complicated job (60 year old system). A subsequent plumbing surprise needed doing asap was added to the bill and immediately completed. Clean and tidy
