Wow! We were so happy that Rubber Duck Plumbing was able to come today! And better yet, Joe got to my house an hour earlier than was expected. Great work. Joe was very friendly. Our regular plumbing company couldn't fit us in until next week (today is Tuesday!). That would mean no kitchen sink for a week. I think we have found our NEW regular plumber!

Extremely informative Fast and clean work

Outstanding job!!The two professional plumbers arrived early, examined the problem and immediately implemented corrective action. Since the damage extended beyond the scope of what I envisioned, I was shown the problem and solution. All my questions were thoroughly answered. The repair bill was very fair and reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will definitely call them for any future plumbing concerns.

Very friendly. They work neatly and did not leave a mess like some other companies do. The job came out exactly as discussed and I am pretty happy with it. I will definitely use them again.

It took a while to hear from them, but once we connected they were here in a couple of hours. Very fast and professional.

They were very punctual and on time, professional and they did good work. They were however very expensive for the type of job they did.

This was my first review for Rubber Duck Plumbing, Inc. On 04/18/2018 1.He came 30 minutes later but did very professional work. I will hire him again. Thanks. Two days later I have to edit my review... 2.Edit: For the first visit I paid him $380 On the next day 04/19/2018, when I got home after work, realized that same problem still exists. I called Rubber Duck Plumbing, Inc. And they promised to come next morning. When John came, he tried to clean drain and he said that he has to use a camera to see what is going on. To use a camera he wanted additional money. I agreed. Then he said that my drain is clogged and it needs to be hydro-jet which will cost $589 ( with the discount) Well, when you can't use your toilet, you have not too many choices. I did agree. John went to his place to get power-wash machine. After hydro-jet was done and checked with the camera, he declares that my cesspool is full. So, now I have to call cesspool company. Cesspool guy came and did everything right. After 45 minutes all was done for $450. My big question to Rubber Duck Plumbing, Inc. Is. Do you consider yourself as professional plumber or as professional SCAMMER? I paid you nearly $1000 for nothing. Professionals are people who can find and solve the problem customer have. Not just scamming customers. HomeAdvisor called me and after I explained what happened, they say " We will contact plumber and he'll call you" They never called me back. Shame on you " Rubber Duck"! And yes, you can say this review is fake, as you did in different review. NO! I have all pictures and recorded conversation to prove your below low professional skills. I would not recommend this company to others. 05/04/2018 I have read response from Plumber. He claims that they try to help customers. Yes, to help emptying their wallet without solving problem. Did they help? NO!

This is an unreliable company with a total lack of customer satisfaction. They were set to work at my house on a repair, and had I not called them to confirm that morning they would not have shown up, without letting me know even though I took the day off from work. I would NOT recommend Rubber Duck. Plus the fact John talks way too much about how great he thinks he is as a plumber when he’s terrible as a businessman. Do not hire this company. I found a very reliable plumber in the Pennysaver who did a quality job.
