These guys are true professionals. High quality work done quickly, professionally and most all with the absolute highest quality. It is rare that contractors are honest, smart and completely transparent, Joe and John are exactly that. I am very happy with the work they did for us (water heater replacement). They are not the cheapest but they are far from the most expensive and in my book honesty and integrity is worth paying a fair price for. I recommend them highly and will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Joseph was a very nice guy. Outside spigot for hose leaking into laundry/boiler room of house. What a mess! Joseph identified the problem immediately, said it wouldn't take long to fix and it didn't! I gave "value for money" 4 stars because I honestly don't know how much this repair costs out there in the world of plumbing. I would recommend this business and would call on them again if the need arises. :)

Fantastic service and great to work with! In this age of contractors who just don't really care about doing the best job possible, it was a pleasure to meet John from Rubber Duck Plumbing. John was the only plumber who insisted on visiting my home, at no charge, to evaluate the installation and determine what type of water heater,we needed. Although I said this was not necessary, he insisted and I am glad he did. Every other plumber was just accepting what I told them and that a regular "tall" water heater was what I needed. John inspected my current installation and determined that a "short" unit was required to install the unit correctly. John then left and researched the units for me and called me first thing the next day with a recommendation. He and his partner, Joe, arrived on time and did a very thorough and professional installation. They replaced all the valves and redid the gas lines to the appropriate 3/4" requirements for new water heaters, again something only John mentioned to me up front After John left and we had tested the hot water, etc., I found that our kitchen sink did not have enough water pressure. I immediately called John and he explained that sometimes the sediment that is dislodged from turning off the water for the installation.gets into the strainers in the faucets. I tried to clear it myself but to no avail. John came back, at no charge, even though not directly his fault and fixed the faucet. I highly recommend Rubber Duck Plumbing and will be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Repaired a leak on hot water heater. They came quickly, finished quickly, work was excellent and price as well.
