Robert Jones Tree Service

They were phenomenal. They were very professional. Robert Jones, himself, came over. He had a crew and did the work. They really exceeded our expectations. Ironically after the big storm that came through, all the tree services were inundated with work and we tried to get hold of them to have them do more work, but we could never get through. They did the work exactly as they said and there were no questions about additional charges or anything like that. They were absolutely great. We had contacted two services and they were $100 less.

The man in charge told us they would come back to get it on Sunday. Sunday passed and they called and said they could not come back to remove it because our location was too far away and that they were too busy and that I should get someone else.

They showed before he was originally scheduled. They were able to cut down the tree, but left the remains on the property. He stated he would come back to finish the job. They have yet to come back or return my phone calls. I have tried numerous times, but have yet to get a response. I had already made a first payment twoards the work, but never got a reciept.

They did a nice job. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They also checked everything with me to make sure the work was to my liking. Everything went well.

They did a super job. I was worried about those trees coming down on my neighbor's house or my own house. They do excellent work. Their cleanup was excellent as well and they are very polite individuals. They are safety conscious and respectful. I've used them on and off for years. You're in good hands with them; they have a very professional approach to removing large trees from a property without damaging anything.

It was superior, they came and did what they were supposed to, cleaned up after themselves and I couldn't be happier. I cant think of anything in any category that i would rate them less then an A. I will use them again probably at the end of service and I have already recommended them to someone who needed this kind of service. I couldn't be happier with anything they could have done. The owner himself came and gave me the estimate, we set appointment time, they were here early and what I thought would take an hour and a half, they done in 25 min,

Overall, I was pleased with Bob Jones. He was professional and actively communicated about times and dates. He provided a consultative approach to my tree and tree limb situation. He took about 15-20 feet off of one tree, trimmed the limbs off another two, and totally took down another tree ( about 45-50 feet high??). His crew was professional. As best as they could, they cleaned up all the sawdust and debris from the project. They were mindful of my property in the yard as well as my neighbor's. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I didnt know the pricing on such projects so thats why it was a "b" grade for price.

In anticipation of getting three estimates, I received an estimate from Bob Jones on 3 February. Based on what I thought was a reasonable estimate, coupled with previous Angie List reports, I elected to forego getting competitive prices. I was not disappointed in my decision.

We scheduled the work to be done on 7 February between 11 AM and 1 PM. Bob and his crew of 4 men arrived at approximately 10AM and completed the effort by noon. They did a great job and based on my previous experience with hiring a tree service, was significantly better than I had anticipated. They were efficient, working as a coordinated team and did a professional job. The cleanup, which was quite voluminous, was excellent.

The work was done on the scheduled time. The crew was very efficient and did a good job of cleaning up all debris that came down. The price was fair compared to other quotes I got. I would use them again.

He understood my problem and his crew appeared on the appointed dot, swarmed like army ants over the property, and within two hours the job was done and inspected by Mr. Jones personally. He made the whole experience painless.

Robert Jones gave us one of the best quotes and managed to remove some very large trees which were already falling down without bringing a truck onto our lawn. Robert had done work for my father many years ago, so been in the business a long time. Reliable, dependable, has integrity.

We've had good experiences with everything done by Bob Jones Tree Service, which has included periodic spraying of our shrubs for reduction of insect infestations, and pruning of trees/vines/etc.

In regards to landscape work, we've used Bob Jones for removal of dead tree limbs, removal of overgrown vines and even removal of complete trees. Bob Jones has great knowledge, and his prices are very reasonable. His crew works very professionally if he's not there in person.

His company can be very much in demand during the "season", so it may take multiple phone calls to get him to come and do an estimate.

I was very pleased with the service and attentiveness I received from this group. The price was reasonable and the yard looks great. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up before they left . I can't believe what a difference it made!
