He seemed very personable and professional.  I probably will choose him to do the work on the boiler. 

Herb and his employees did a wonderful job and were terrific to work with.  Very professional, knowledgeable, polite and respectful of our property.  I would hire them again if the need arose.  They were a pleasure to have working in our home.

We purchased a house that needed a new furnace and water heater AND central air unit.  I called for an estimate and it was set up for a week later.  They were able to get us scheduled at the end of December before the tax credit ran out.  They were very accommodating given this tight time line.  They were able to do everything the estimated for us and were very helpful with the many questions my wife and I had.  They helped us also get our rebates from NYSEG also.  We had two issues...One with the furnace and one with the water heater.  When they occurred, I called Herb and he was out there within an hour and took care of the problems very quickly! They then returned in the spring and installed a central air unit.  The guys that came out were very professional and extremely helpful with any questions we had.

The work went very well.  Their price was very good.  They were very good in doing their work.  They were very friendly and very professional.

This was the 2nd time, I have dealt with this company. In a previous home, I had a new furnace installed. I didn't hesitate to call Breathe Easy, when I moved and needed new gas lines. The entire process was very smooth. He came in for an estimate and scheduled an installation. Once, the gas line was in the furnace,it would not come back up, Herb stayed until it was up and he was satisfied we had heat and were safe. He had called me the next day and told me, that he had noticed some duct work, that he was not comfortable with and did some research on it. He found that, that system had been recalled. He gave me all the information I needed, including the phone number, to resolve the problem. Because of his help, I was able to replace the unsafe duct work and the furnace that was recalled.
