I thought they did an outstanding job. I thought they were very very hard working. They were very detailed and neat. There was one particular wall that I wasn't thrilled with because of the angle and the next day they took it down completely and reconstructed it for me. I think maybe what they could have done was build one wall side a little higher but I left the design work to them. I thought they were a little more expensive than they should have been.

I use them every Thursday. It's mowing, fertilizing, edging. That also includes spring cleanup and fall cleanup. It's $200 a month. I used them for redoing my patio also. Because of the job they did on the patio, and I knew they did mowing and lawn services, I said gee let me try them since I wasn't too pleased with who I had in the past. I did and I'm not too pleased with them now. Maybe I am just too much of a perfectionist. 

I wasn't pleased with the patching work and a light that should have been sub-ceding  and I think there should have been more fertilizer. There's just so many times you can say you've got a lot of shade back here. When I was a kid we were well shaded and we had a beautiful lawn. I'm sure there are techniques out there including shaded lawn seed and things like that that can be used.

Everything came out nice. I'm happy with my front yard and all the plants they moved are all thriving well.

Mitch Taylor, who does business as R & M, was the worst individual I have ever done business with. He was hired to put in a patio using pavers in 2008. The job was completed but he never cared about drainage issues. When the patio wall was spewing water and I now had a pool in the middle of my patio (because he decided to dig up half the pavers and refused to put them back in place) this con artist tried to get another $3000.00 out of me to fix the problem he created. The local consumer affairs department (CA) looked into my complaint against the guy and brought in an engineer. The engineer then wrote an extensive report which found a host of problems with the work performed. Mitch Taylor then decided to argue for several more months while my backyard and patio looked like a disaster film. When CA finally got him to fix the issues he became belligerent in the attempt to get me to throw him off my property. I did, but CA told him to finish the job. Needless to say it was a total relief to get the job finally finished after TWO years and I still don't trust the quality of his work. I can back this up with an engineer's report and numerous pictures. I found out later that this guy has been sued and lost several thousand dollars in court. End result - you take your chances if you hire this guy because he claims he doesn't fear court and he obviously doesn't fear county agencies. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

Update: Apparently "the Provider" can't tell the truth. How could I "lose" when consumer protection forced you to complete the work. If you do not remove your lying response I will be forced to upload the engineer's report along with pictures.

I was not happy with the service. The owner never came around to check up on the quality of work. They rarely did the weeding. They always came and mowed but that was it.

WE WERE SATISFIED IN THE BEGINNING, BUT THEN THEY BEGAN TO GET SLOPPY. THEY WERE RIPPING UP THE LAWN AND COMING WHEN THE LAWN WAS WET. THE PEOPLE WERE MOSTLY MEXICAN, AND THEY CANNOT SPEAK ENGLISH SO YOU CANNOT TELL THEM WHAT IS WRONG.

I MEAN THEY ARE FINE. THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE. THEY ALSO PERFORM THE WORK QUICKLY. THEY SEND A LOT OF PEOPLE TO GET IT DONE. THEY SEND A CREW OF PEOPLE.

THEY DID THEIR JOB. THEY COME AUTOMATICALLY. THEY SEEM CONFIDENT. IF I ASK THEM TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENTLY, THEY DO IT. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE.
