Phil has done plumbing for us for about 10 years, mostly repairs but also renovating a bathroom. We have never had a complaint about the work Phil does. He is punctual, honest and tidy. Definitely recommend him.

We had to change out our faucet in our bathroom. We tried to do it
ourselves, but the nuts that held in the faucet underneath the sink had
rusted through and we could not get them to budge. The space under our
sink was very narrow and hard to get tools to move around. Philip was
able to take out the old faucet and put in a new one with ease. He even
changed out the piping underneath the sink as he recommended that it
needed to be changed.

We've used Phil Hulbert for ALL of our plumbing needs for about 5 years. He ALWAYS returns calls, shows up promptly, explains what the problem is and what the solution will be. The work area is meticulously clean when he leaves. We live in an old house and the reason that the work is incomplete right now is because he had to order parts because they are not readily available. He called to explain why he hadn't returned the finish the job. I recommend him to EVERYONE!!!

Left voice mail message and received call back from Phil the next day to setup an appointment. Phil showed up on the date of appointment on time with his co-worker Howard. They went over all the work with me before they started the job. I have used them several times before and they are professional, courteous and very knowledgable. They kept each job site clean and neat, and reviewed the work that was done prior to leaving the job. Price is reasonable. I highly recommend Phil and his team for any plumbing work that needs to be done.

He is absolutely superb. He is a superb plumber. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is very responsible. If you call him during the day, even if it's a routine matter, that night he will call you after his day's work to follow up (even as late as 9:00 - 9:30). The pricing is very fair. There are never any extras or add-ons. What he does is what you pay. He is a very, very knowledgeable and responsible man.

He removed the old knobs and he put in new knobs as well as an extra knob. He made it so we can now turn off the water supply when we leave for vacation. I would definitely use him again in the future.

He was referred to me by my brother-in-law and I haven't really used anyone else. He is very conscientious about keeping the house clean and he always does a good job. I think his prices are reasonable.
