He is efficient and professional and he did a good job. I was very satisfied.

He was excellent. He explained what was being done even to the point of how I could help it in the future to prevent it. I was very pleased. The price was good. They came when they told me they would come and they cleaned up when they were done.

He responded quickly. He came quickly. I am just waiting for estimates from other people and then I have to decide. His estimate was roughly about $7500. He gave me the estimate by email over the weekend. Unfortunately, he doesn’t paint, so we have to look for somebody for painting. That may be one of the reasons I may not be using him. I want somebody to go in there and do everything. A lot of stuff needs to be done. We want to put the house up for sale. We want to fix it up, so I am waiting for other estimates. He was excellent. He came on a Thursday and he gave me an estimate by the weekend. He gave me the first quote. If I needed something else, I would use him again in the future.

Michael came over to look at the job and seemed very knowledgeable. Within a couple of days he faxed us a detailed estimate. We set up a date a couple of weeks later, and he arrived on time and completed the job in a day with two helpers. Cleanup was well done. The covering top and sides of the balcony covering look beautiful, very professional. Michael even showed up the next day to make sure everything was in order, and it was. We have had heavy rains since, and everything seems great.

It went fine, they did a very nice job, I was very pleased. He was very efficient and arrived on time. I asked him to bag up the leaves to use in the garden and he did a nice neat job. Everything has been running freely ever since.
