Stay Away from Ambit!!
I Switched to Ambit a few years back. Seemed to work ok, then my bills doubled!!! Called national grid and compared cost of therms and kwh and Ambits was more than twice as high as national grids! Called ambit and their only response was:
I did cancel and went back to national grid.

- ?cost for NY were higher?
- ?Cannot explain why national grid is so much lower?
- ?Nothing they could do about it?.
- ?cancel if I like?.
I did cancel and went back to national grid.
