Chuck came out to repair a leaky roof. he inspected the roof and the attic, and diagnosed the problem rather quickly. We agreed on a price, and he came back the folowing day and performed the work in about an hour. Chuck was easy to deal with, prompt, clean, and courteous. They didnt make a bunck of promises to rope me in like so many other contractors I have dealth with. He came across as friendly and competent. I am satisfied with his work.

Was very good in working with me (after work hours and once on the weekend) on preliminary estimates and start dates. Their price was above average but I balanced it against their years of roofing experience and their ability to getthe job done on time. They came on time, and finished a day early. Nice job cleaning up, although we did find a couple of small roof shingle pieces here and there on the lawn. Thought they would cover some work on the overhang on the roof (soffett) but they did not and unfortunatelly was not written into contract (I missed that part). I did call back after job was done for estimate on additional soffett work but they have not called back yet.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME. THEY DID THE WORK VERY NEATLY. THE WINDSTORM KEPT OCCURRING AND THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THE ROOF AND DIDN'T CHARGE EXTRA.
