I actually had a chain link fence so they came, they cleared that out and hauled that away too, and then installed the fence and the gates and they even came back and made adjustments afterwards because they mentioned that some of the holes had settled. I loved what they did. It was amazing that they were able to complete the work within one day. They had actually made a mistake with the gates that they had ordered, so they came out the next day to install new gates. They're very thorough, very friendly, cleaned up after themselves and removed the other fence as well as some brush that had grown into the chain link fence.

The crew was slightly delayed arriving, but once they arrived they worked steadily and diligently. The old dilapidated fence was taken down and hauled away, and a new vinyl fence installed in one day. There was a minor issue with the fence not being "level" on one side. When this was brought to the attention of the manager, somebody came out within a couple of days and the problem was rectified to our satisfaction. Siena Fence does quality work, even though their price may be slightly higher than that of competitors. They will install a fence that has great curb appeal and really "dresses up" the property.
My only complaint is not with Siena Fence. Rather, it is the manufacturer's design of the gate locks that leaves something to be desired, as they are kind of "flimsy."

Excellent company! workers ask before and during job what the project includes and before they leave they go over ANY and all issues if there are any. I would highly recommend this company and its excellent workers that actually "like" the job they have. A welcomed pleasure to see!

I'm sure they would have provided the necessary materials and services. The main reason we did
not select them (and they were the lowest quote) was bec we had to call them for the quote.

I went to their location and Kelly helped me to decide which style fence I would go with. They were right in the busy time of the season, but even so they were able to get the panels assembled and the posts cut (they assemble all the panels themselves and custom cut the posts with whatever post-top design you choose from their options) in two weeks time.
The quality is second to none. The difference between their fence panels and posts as compared to the cheap stuff that you find in the big box stores is night and day. I installed the fence myself with no issues, everything lined up as expected. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace / upgrade fencing for their home. (They also do installation, but I decided to save some money on labor by installing it myself.)

Everything went great with them. I am happy with the results. They were delightful service people as well as the installers.

They were on Angie's List. They did exactly what we expected. The quality was nice. They were very courteous and they did it in a very timely manner.

Company was punctual, did job at quoted price and did a fine job. My only regret is that I bought the "utility" grade cedar fencing, and it has many knots, and after only a few months, many of them are already falling out. I have seen what is called utility grade cedar fencing at lumber yards, and that fencing looked better than what this company used. Overall I was very satisfied though.

I received an in person estimate from the company representative. This
person was informative, professional and answered all my questions. I
subsequently did hire them to put in a wood post and rail fence with a
gate.
The installation took place on the scheduled day and was

It went wonderful! The crew arrived on time and worked the whole day. One person had to come back the next day to put on the gates and install the mailbox as this was a big job!
Kudos to their General Manager who answered all questions, making sure everything was being done according to our requests. On the 2nd day, before the gentleman left, he took my husband around to make sure he approved of the installation of the gates and the mailbox.
I would certainly recommend Siena Fence to anyone and would definitely use them again in the future if the

They had good material, the workers showed up on time, they were clean, and they did a great job.

Installation crew was professional, wanted to be sure they had my approval during the whole process, worked hard and did a great job!

The estimate process was a little rocky but ultimately they sent a written quote with a price that beat their competitors. When I needed them to install the temporary fence, they came promptly, but didn't have enough material to enclose a large enough area, so the fence had to be taken down and restored each time a contractor showed up. Once I realized this was an ongoing problem I got them to install a much longer fence.We initially scheduled the installation date about 3 weeks in advance, but they called me the day before to tell me that the materials hadn't arrived so we rescheduled. They were very apologetic.The actual installation took less than a day and it looks fantastic. The foreman was extremely professional and paid close attention to making sure everything was done right (straight, level, and plumb). I am very happy with their work and would certainly use them again!

Siena Fence showed up on time for the estimate, walked through the yard and discussed the job. He said he would send the estimate by the next day. We never received the estimate.

The salesman helped us decide what kind of fence to order and explained our 2 options of how they could install the fence on the steep incline on the side of the property. The men who installed the fence did a great job and we love how it came out. We have gotten numerous compliments on it.

The representative arrived a bit late, but he was very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions and had an estimate to me by the next day. Although we did not proceed with the fence, I would definitely use their services and I have recommended them to others. Their estimated price was very fair.

The overall look of the fence is wonderful. We had no issues with the company. They did what was expected and did it well. We will use them again.

The two fellows that installed the fence were very professional and really knew what they were doing.We are extremely satisfied with their work.

During our quoting process, they worked with us to obtain the price cap we had in mind but also providing us with a fence quality and look we desired. There were additional features added to the fence such a caps to provide a cleaner overall look. Even the dates everything would take place fell right in line with what we were told. The timing we were provided was two days for installation. On the first day of installation, we were a little worried when only one of the two installation team members showed up. But once he started working and we saw what he was accomplishing, we were put at ease as he proceeded to complete almost 50% of the job on his own. On the second day, both team members showed up and finished the rest of the fence in record time. Even adjusted the gaps on the gate to make them even on each side. They even left us the scrap pieces from the installation to use for filling in gaps from the uneven ground we have in our back yard. That was quite helpful to us. The overall quality is excellent and everything was done to complete satisfaction.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD AND THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WE THINK THE FENCE LOOKS SPIFFY. THERE'S NOT MUCH ELSE TO SAY ABOUT IT, IT'S JUST A FENCE.
