Joe installed my first 14 Kwh Generac in 2009, and has performed annual service since. Very reasonable initial price and reasonable preventive maintenance price. It was on recommendation of a friend. Joe has always been responsive, friendly, and prompt. In 10 years, he came twice because of Generac failures which required replacement parts; once during a power failure. He was prompt. I now have him serving my current generator in a new house.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He responded to all my inquiries whether it was email, text, or phone call very quickly. Joe has the patience of a saint. He answered all of our questions completely to our satisfaction. He spelled out in great detail all the work that he would be doing to install our generator. We are completely happy with the work that Joe did and the generator itself. We chose Joe because two family members had used him previously and were completely satisfied with his work. Joe Torres the owner was very busy at the time my generator failed. A minor outage in our area made it evident the old generator died. Joe fit us in within the week. With his electrician they removed and installed the new generator in approx. 4 hours. They disconnected and removed the old generator. Prepared the base for the new generator. Made all connections. Gas was turned off for one hour, electric longer while the electrician used basically same hook up as old generator except for splitting one item. Joe is very professional and personable.

Joe is a sweetheart! My dad and I grilled him for hours. Dad is 93 and really picky about who works for him. Joe has the patience of a saint. He told us exactly what he would do based on our needs and what the town expected from us. He sent us documentation, references, anything we asked for. Joe and his team worked for quite a while with us making sure we got the right circuits hooked up. The work of setting up the generator was done quickly and cleanly. We were aware of each step of the process. We would highly recommend Joe Torres and his crew to anyone in need of a generator.

I was having a lunch party that day and needed to cook. My gas was off only for a half-hour. i didn't need the electric to cook. They finished and left just as my guests began to arrive. Joe was so personable that we invited him to lunch although he declined.

My husband and I prefer small business owners to larger companies. We find they are more personable, diligent and customer focused.

We were very pleased.  I was very pleased with the person who runs the company.  He was professional with his dealings with us.  We haven't had any power failures since its been installed so I don't know how it would work but the generator seems to be on and it looks great.  It was the way he felt with us that was great.  The price depends on where you are.  I have known people who have gotten more for less but they lived in a different area.  I can say that it wasn't cheep.  We got our entire house covered by this generator.  If you get a get a smaller one, it can cover just part of your house for just the electricity that you need but we decided to have it cover everything.  It is a bigger unit than we absolutely needed if you were going on the spare side but we just decided to have it do everything.  For responsiveness and punctuality, that is what I liked about him.  If he was going to be late, he'd call the day before.  Everything was very professional and very considerate.  When I would try to get a hold of him, he'd call me right back; that kind of thing.
