Buffalo's Best did a lovely job and took extra time to pack in the soil around the sidewalk edges. These 2 retired folks really appreciate that! We have many neighbors who have had various projects done by other companies and all of them were left noticeably worse for wear and in need of major filling. Thank you!

They discovered a problem with the structure of the roof and immediately installed a new roof along with the shingles. I told them I was going away in three days and they said they wou,d finish before then a d they did. If they had not taken care of the roof having shifted and replaced it so fast,it may have collapsed. They were fantastic.

Buffalo's Best Roofing was the only contractor out of 6 to take the small job. The 2 hard working professionals stripped and installed the new asphalt shingles in 1 day. The quality of the roof installation and clean -up was exceptional. My estimate also included the removal of 55' of seamless gutter for facia board repair. It was accidentally damaged during removal. Joe, the estimator for my job had a new gutter rolled on site within a week. I was put on the schedule immediately and Larry and Dakota had my new gutter installed the following week. They were both professional, knowledgeable and courteous at their job. I have worked in the building trades for 42 years. These are the kind of contractors you want to hire.

Buffalo's Best Roofing replaced my roof (full tearoff + cedar plank) in early 2020. It was roughly 5 1/2 months from signoff to actual roof replacement. Unfortunately, I did have a few problems during the roof replacement process and a portion of roofing that was missed completely, but at the end of the day, Roy made things right. My only suggestions are that the a thorough post-install inspection should be conducted with the homeowner in order to get a signoff on project completion and to make sure you fully tarp an open roof if there's rain/snow in the forecast. Despite everything, I would use them again.
