They were unable to complete the drain snaking but wanted me to pay the full cost. I was able to negotiate a Service fee charge (50% of estimate for full snaking)

SINCE I WAS IN A HURRY TO GET THE WORK DONE I HAD THE CONTRACTOR DO THE WORK RIGHT AFTER A FREE ESTIMATE WAS GIVEN. . THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN AN HOUR VERY PROFESSIONALLY. I PAYED SOMEWHAT MORE THAN I HAD EXPECTED. HOWEVER SINCE I DID NOT GET ANY OTHER ESTIMATES I REALLY CAN'T SAY IF THE COSTS WERE FAIR. THE NEW WATER HEATER IS WORKING PROPERLY.
