I received many estimates before deciding to use Victorian Fence Inc.  I was pleased with the whole experience from start to finish.  A few days after the installation was completed, I saw a few boards that needed to be replaced and a gate that need to be adjusted.  I also wanted a few extra things done (extentions added to fill gaps due to unlevel ground and wheels added to the double gate).  Pete came back and we discussed what needed to be done and he had a crew here the next day.  I would use Victorian Fence again and I would recommend them.

My appointment was set for 10am, but their office was unable to locate the crew. Therefore, they dispatched a 2nd crew that arrived later in the day and stayed until job was finalized.

We decided to install vinyl railings on our front stoop to make it safer for my aging parents. The provider core drilled the cement stairs, and then cemented in the fixtures. The rails fell extremely sturdy and they match the siding on the house.
Job well done, and of course looks good. But most importantly, the stoop is a much safer place to navigate.

Joe and Pete were punctual and responsive. They worked with us as the installation was done, and readily agrees to changes we requested. The crew was very competent and courteous.

This company was a pleasure to deal with. We chose vinyl siding for the sides facing the front and chain link for the three sides of the backyard. Pete was an excellent salesman, explaining everything we needed to know about the products and installation. We thought his pricing was fair. The reason we chose them was because of Pete's explanation of how each panel would be custom made to be evenly matched in size and shape, looking perfectly balanced from the street. None of the other companies we interviewed even mentioned this. The final product is of high quality, beautiful, matches our siding and enhances our home. The gates, usually a trouble spot, work flawlessly. We would highly recommend this quality fence company.

I had contact with the owner Lee  3 times via pictures of the email showed pictures of downed electrical boxes in the  dirt and a hole left around my hot  tub wiring where snow and ice can get in.. He called back said to  wait as it  is there busy season. After 4 months I called and   I called again in Oct.. NO response...l All my electical work  is exposed to the winter elements if not reattached. The owner told me he is not a "fly by night company" and it looked like an easy attachment.. Still waiting in Huntington.

We had three estimates, and their pricing was similar. I just liked their presentation and knowledge about the fencing I was looking for. The fence the offered was also a foot higher than the fences. The installers were able to get the fence installed quickly and efficiently. They provided all the materials promised for the job. The fence looks great!

We had a small area of the fence that has swayed, and we are waiting to hear back from them to find the issue.

EXCELLANT...from estimate to completion of installation.  The owners, as well as the workers were punctual, courteous and reliable. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the fence that Victorian installed. Highly recommend!!!!

They did a wonderful job. They came over when promised to give us an estimate. Their installator came the day and time scheduled. The man who installed the fence was efficient, responsible and cleaned up everything before he left. We were extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them.

Everything was very smooth.  It was a big fence so I thought it would take a couple days.  They did get the work completed within one day. The crew was very polite and worked hard.  The owner checked up on the progress during the day and sent a couple extra guys to help with the clean up after.

They did an excellent job - having read all their reviews and other fence companies - they did what the said they do - an excellent customer service and the job is done right.

I called them at the end of May to get an estimate to repair my fence. They sent a salesman within 2 days who gave me a very good price to repair the chain link fence and the aluminum fence. He told me they could fix it the following week, around June 5th. I had gotten 4 estimates that were close in price but I went with this company because we were planning to open our pool and we wanted the fence fixed as soon as possible. When I called to confirm the date, I was told that I was scheduled for June 20th and not June 5th as the salesman had promised. When I complained, I was told the salesman had left the company and they couldn't get to me any sooner. On the morning of June 20th, they called to tell me that the parts for my fence hadn't come in yet & they would have to reschedule me for July 9th. I was very unhappy that they lied to me about when they could do the job just to get the business. However, they did finally repair the fence at a good price.

We received prices from about 5 different companies and Victorian had the best price all around.  Only one other company came close (within $400) of Victorian's price.  Karl came to give us the estimate and spent some time discussing options, etc.  We felt comfortable with Karl and decided to go ahead with Victorian.  Within a week someone from the office called to set up an installation date which would be in approximately 3 weeks.  When we had signed the contract, Karl had told us that it would be about 3-4 until they could install the fence so there were no surprises there.  The guys came to do the installation at 9:30 am on the date agreed upon and finished up around 4:00.  They were clean, professional, and the fences look great!  We are very happy with our fence and the decision to use Victorian.  We would definitely use them again!

First of all the estimate was very professional, he arrived right on time, earlier I think, and told me all about fences. I hired them on the spot because they had the best price and  projected time period.   He had to come back once because I decided I wanted more fencing and he redid the estimate.  Still very professional.  And still kept my original start date.
They arrived four weeks and two days later, right on time.  They asked where I wanted what, even though they knew.  And they set to work.  They had a large crew and everyone had a job.  They had the old fence down in no time and piled it up on their trucks to take away.  The new fence is beautiful and they did a wonderful job.  Everything is even and the gates are hung right and are self-closing and have latches.  They did the whole job in under six hours and managed to miss most of the rain.   The yard looks like they were never here, they cleaned up so well.
I would definitely use Victorian Fence again and I will definitely refer everyone to them.  They are professional, the workers are very friendly and helpful, the office staff was just as friendly and helpful and this was a very pleasant experience.

The installer called me while I was in Brooklyn to go over the scope of work before he started. Everything was correct. By the time I got home he was almost done and it looked great. Very happy with the look of my front yard. Joe is the owner of Victorian and an excellent guy!      

Salesman was patient and awesome.  Workers and installation manager Harry as well!  I had one aesthetic issue and they came that week and changed it - no hassle!  Results were absolutely beautiful and quality products!  Definitely would use them again.  No disappointments AT ALL!

Victorian was very quick and efficient. The fence looks nice and was installed in half a day by a crew of two guys. 
One gate does stick a little but I can fix it by filling down the gate latch.
They did not have enough post caps and promised to return the missing cap. They never showed up. I called and talked with the office and they still never showed up. I talked with them again today so hopefully they come this time. This is relatively minor as the cap missing is hidden anyway.
Overall I am happy with the installation and would recommend Victorian.

Overall I had a great experience with Victorian Fence.  They were able to provide me with a quote very quickly (some companies I called couldn't even give me a quote for 3+ weeks) and the salesperson was knowledgeable and professional.  It did take them a little longer than I wanted to schedule the work after I signed a contract (almost a week), but they apologized and explained that they were extremely busy.  About 3 weeks later, they came to install fence around my inground pool and to replace my perimeter wood fence.  They were on time, very efficient and did a great job.  They went over every detail with us, including moving the fence slightly to avoid a gutter and protecting our inground sprinkler system.  Once the job was done, they made sure we were satisfied with the new fence and took every last piece of old fence with them.  My yard looked immaculate when they left.

Still waiting for my gates to be finished.  The workers forgot the parts to do that piece of the installation.
The only query I would have is that an estimate should be good for 30 days.  From the day of estimate to the day of signing the contract, the price went up due to an annual increase in materials....But I feel that the esitmate should have been good for 30 days (we were at day 29-ish - under 30 for sure)  - So I have learned for the next time.
Joe and the crew at the house were very polite and did a fine job.  They were the only company willing to remove my neighbors hedges.

The fencing looks great and I am really pleased.  The crew also cleaned everything up before they left and that makes a big difference to me.
