We met with George to discuss our needs. He proved to be a very knowledgable and professional representative of the company.From that experience we decided to utilize this company and were so pleased we did.They were not the least expensive but you get what you pay for!The project was completed efficiently and in a timely fashion. Luis and the entire crew were hard working and very professional. Each member knew what the entire job entailed and were quick to answer any of our many questions. We were very pleased with the fence and railing.we would highly recommend them.

Did a very good job replacing a walkway from a repairman that stained the original walkway that was 2 months old. Praying it holds up but for now it looks good. He did not charge us the company that caused the problem paid for the repair.

From the sales estimate to the detailed install, we couldn't have asked for more. Everyone was very professional and the workmanship was remarkable. Very good company to deal with, you can not go wrong with Victorian.

Quote process went well.  I was having masonry work done at the same time and Victorian had to work in tandem with my mason to replace a fence post installed in the concrete.  All went well.  I had to pay a bit more because Victorian had to make two trips - once to work with the masons, and again to finish the install once the masons were done.  The only problem I had was that my rain sensor for my sprinkler system that was attached to the old fence was thrown out with the fence.  I know it was my responsibility to remove it before they came, but with the masonry work finishing up at the same time I simply forgot about it.  A simple 'what is this attached to your fence and do you still need it?' would have saved me $150.

I called a few people for this job -- we have chain link around our entire property, and we looking to upgrade the gates on either side of the house to modern aluminum, with self closing gates.
Home depot would not even send someone for an estimate -- unless the fence the entire yard, the would not touch the job.
I called two top providers from Angies list. Of the two, the prices were almost identical. However, Pete, the representative from Victorian  took the time to show me some differences in the fencing he uses. His fences have no exposed rivets or screws.  I liked that, and all other tings being equal, decided they would get the job.
It took a few weeks to order the materials for the job.
The crew arrived on time, on the correct day, and installed the gates and fencing perfectly. The crew cleaned up everything, and appeared to take their time setting the posts and making sure everything was level.
On the day of install I was informed that one special order gate had not arrived. Rather than pushing our install date back, Victorian had decided to use a stock gate and will come and replace it with the custom one as soon as possible. I did receive this in writing, and am very pleased that they decided to take this course of action. I realize this cost them extra money but I did get the date originally promised, and I appreciate that
The finished project is perfect and I would recommend them highly.

His work was good. Just in talking to us and giving us the estimate to use, he was quite good.

Very pleased with the product and installation. Not the lowest quote but decided on them because Pete was very good with follow up on my calls and questions. Installed 350ft PVC fence.

They were Angie's list rated number one fencing company. They werent the cheapest but they had the best quality. They explained very well like why we should go with a little bit expensive fence in the front, they saved us money than using just a screwed fence than of the PVC fence. It looks wonderful. They were late. We did have an issue with the coloring of the gate hardware but they came back and fixed it. The installer also failed to pour concrete into one of the posts and they came back and also fixed that. They let me know about the issues.

Love this company! Researched and visited all PVC fence companies in the Suffolk County Area. Victorian is the only company that offers a lifetime warranty on the materials and 10 years on labor!! That is unheard of. I see so many fences coming apart and they look terrible, so it was important to me to have a company that was going to stand behind their product...and these guys do. They are a little bit more expensive but the warranty is worth it to me. Additionally, they will reinforce the bottom PVC rail with an aluminum insert if you ask for no additional charge. Pete who gave me the estimate could not have been nicer or more accommodating as was Karl who scheduled the install. Jose and his team were exceptionally professional and really wanted me to be happy with the fence. All businesses should run like this one. An absolute pleasure!

Great price! Ralph came back twice after I changed my on mind on how I wanted the fence. The team they sent over was amazing! Made sure every rail was perfectly in place. Left the place spotless. If you're thinking of getting a fence put in you're only choice should be Victorian. Ask for Luis and his team to install the fence.

He seemed like a nice guy and he gave me a good price, explained everything to me..I was going to use him.
Well I guess I was talking and asking a lot of questions, then he says "can I get a chance to talk"..turned me right off..pretty rude..I wonder if I was a man would he speak to me that way..
 Another company came by and I asked all the same questions and talked a lot.  he was patient.. he was hired... Think before you speak..

This is a great company. VF worked with us on the very specific design we wanted, offered expertise about types of wood, wood treatments and metal, as well as sent regular updates during the build phase. I've never worked with a more responsive company -- even on weekends and holidays! We had to tinker with the entry system, they outsource electrical stuff, but Pete and the VF team stayed on-top of everything. It looks absolutely beautiful and functions perfectly, keeping foraging deer out of the front yard.

Salesman Pete very personable and prompt. He came over after the job completed because I had an issue about the fence that was installed (luckily I liked the style anyway so it didn't really matter.
The installers, led by Louis were right on time, polite, professional and quiet (I worked from home that day but I could barely tell they were there)
The product was beautiful. I was afraid the railing was going to be ugly but I needed it to be functional. Turns out, it was so nice, it adds to the backyard rather than detracts from it.

Excellent job. Work done was very professional. They took care of everything. I would definitely use their services again.

They came when they said they would on time. It only took them 1 day to do my whole yard. Joe came by early in the morning went over everything. Everything went as planned. The fence came out nice. It looks good. They carted away the old fence and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend them. The price was good and a good quality fence. I would use them again.

were great ,clean and very nice ,guys  they were good and checked with me on everything they did,it was real windy that day and they worked hard what a pl;easure to have  guys like that to work for your company... the sales person was great to ,he went over everthing and gave me a good price
