"Mr. [Member Name Removed], On Apr 27, 2017 we serviced your only cesspool at your residential rental in Mastic Beach, It lasted 22 months almost two years. Just some standard information any reputable cesspool company would inform you: A proper Cesspool system consists of (2) cesspools. A proper Septic System Requires (1) Septic tank and one Leaching pool (or multiple in high water table area like Mastic Beach) Mastic Beach is known for a high water table and plagued with cesspool problems. The first problem with your house is that it does not have a proper system it only has one cesspool. In light of it only having one cesspool the service lasting almost 2 years is very good for the area. We would be happy to discuss the possibility of Installing an overflow or overflows to your existing pool if its precast, this will only be able to be completed until 6/30/19 after that date a proper septic system must be installed by Suffolk County Law. There is also up to $25,000.00 available in state and county grants available to design & install advanced waste water treatment systems. We would be happy to assist you with any of these options.
