Made an appointment for 1-3 pm. Showed up at 9:15 when no one home. Said they would come back at 3. Waited until 6:15 for them to show . Wanted $295 to snake drain. Told them ridiculous and took $195. Never again

Paul did a great job servicing my dry-well. He did a complete job, and was very professional and friendly. Priority showed up on time, and gave me a fair price for the job.

Jeremy was really good explaining the services and installing the drain pipe. Paul who followed up to drain the cesspool was great too. Very friendly as well explained what was going on. Highly recommend.

Great! John, the owner was super helpful and nice on the phone. Eased all our concerns. The crew, Phil and Tim, showed up right on time and were able to locate the service caps in the lawn in 10 minutes. They showed me clearly how full the tanks were and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The prices quoted were very fair and there were no surprises. It took around 90 minutes. The job was all done outdoors and when they left you would never know it was done. Very neat and professional. The odors, etc we had were gone and we noticed the drains all flowing more freely. Very well! I called at 8 PM on Thursday to make an appointment for the next day and I spoke to the owner. The technicians arrived five minutes early which worked well for me. Beginning with the owner and the technicians that followed, all were very professional and friendly. The pricing is reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

They arrived quickly and did a nice job.

Extremely well. No Issues. One comment was that the worker did not have clean shoes going in and out of my house. My wife did not say anything because she felt bad, but she should not have asked to cover shoes. It was messy.

They came at time promised and diagnosed problem. Drained and treated cesspool.

John cleaned out the sink to the main line using an electric snake. He was prompt, personable and professional. He fixed the problem.

Priority Cesspool advertises "24 hour service and you'll never get an answering machine" and that "Emergency service is our forte" I called twice during the early hours of Saturday morning and both times I got an answering machine. They finally returned my call after 8:00am, and told me they don't open until 8;00am. So I had found another provider. DON'T ADVERTISE THAT YOU PROVIDE 24 HOURS EMERGENCY SERVICE WHEN YOU DON'T

I called John and left a voicemail and he got back to me immediately. He double checked that I needed a cesspool certification and not an inspection which would have been more invasive and costly, and once confirmed, scheduled them to come out that weekend. The man who performed the certification was right on time and was very quick but professional and thorough. Everything was seamless, and for something requested by the bank so last minute, we were grateful to get it completed so quickly.

A spotlessly clean pump truck arrived on time. The Service Technician, Paul was very professional and knowledgable. In spite of some very difficult and unique challenges in my project, Priority was up to the task. They made improvements to the septic system. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I was extremely pleased with the work they performed and would highly recommend them.

The septic tank had been incorrectly vented in a manner that made it dangerous so they replaced the cap and made it easier to access in the future. Everything was explained to me and the service men were professional and pleasant.

Excellent! Priority's service could not have been better. If I could give them a higher rating than A, I would. I highly recommend them. We were scammed by a cesspool servicing company that we found through an online search, then got smart and used Angie's List to find Priority. They were responsive, on time, patient listening to us, thorough in their work, fairly priced and conscientious. It was a pleasure dealing with them from when I first called all the way through the process until they completed their work. I can't thank them enough.

Called and the crew came in 30 minutes. I have public sewer and the line between the house and the main public line is clogged. Guys performed cleaning and the problem was solved in half an hour.

i didn't have a problem but I had never had the cesspool pumped in 22 years.
OK, it was a brand new cesspool 22 years ago and my first house so I am really clueless.
I am told to pump it every 5 years so I guess I was over due. 
Not having a clue I only had an idea of what the cost was through the phone call I had made to the company. 
I was told $485 but was charged extra for aeration , chemicals and a tube going to the over flow tank. 
In total it was $750 with my Angie's List 10% off. 
Not to bad considering I never had it done before. 
Ray & Paul were very good at what they do, professional and got me up to speed on what was going on. 
I recommend using them!

We could not be happier with the service we were provided with and their pricing was VERY affordable. Finding an honest, family owned business is hard these days, well you have found it. Not only was the owner very, very friendly and informative over the phone, he came to our house during the service call and was one of the NICEST people we have ever met. His workers arrived at the stroke of 7:30am, the exact time we were told, they were super nice, knowledgeable, clean and even texted us beforehand to let us know they were on their way. WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They really gave us a great price for emptying our two cesspools and the service was done in a timely manner and our lawn was not left a mess. TWO BIG THUMBS UP! We would definitely use them again in a minute.

As they say, "I've got a guy for that", well now I do for all my cesspool needs.  From the owner to Paul, all employees were courteous, timely and responsive. Paul came the day I called and took care of my cesspool and gave me honest advice as to what he would be doing and what I should do in the future to maintain the cesspool.  I would highly recommend Priority for all your cesspool needs.

Called on Monday 4/11/16. Quoted on Monday afternoon. Installed on Saturday 4/16/16 in 3 hrs. Area around collapsed old pool was caution taped by Priority earlier in the week. Overall job well done.
