They were very responsive, maintained communication, was very friendly, on time and very professional. I am very happy with their service and will most certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with their service. They explained to me what their service was all about, what they're doing, and what they're looking for. They were very clean. When they did the inside of the house, they put down like a blanket in front of the fireplace, so if there's any dust or anything, they kept it very neat and clean that I didn't have to clean up after they left. They found a couple of problems that they informed me about that needed fixing, and just made out suggestions. They educated me what needed to be done. They gave a form when they finished the job and I had a couple more questions after they had left. I called and then they called back promptly to answer my other questions which I thought was very nice. They're very prompt and responding to me.

Bi-yearly cleaning service. I had Dunrite install a chimney liner a few ago and I have not had a problem since.
Courteous, prompt, and professional cleaning. I will use them for all my chimney and fireplace needs.

Pete (the owner) came to fix the unit. He was extremely knowledgeable
in gas inserts even though this brand was not something he normally
sells. He was very neat and clean. I was very pleased with their
professionalism and service.

I was impressed with the sale staff.  They did a good job.  On our initial appointment, the guy told us that he could not make it because he said it is going to rain, but my wife convinced him to come.  As a result, he did the installation that day.

Purchased:
A fireplace gas log insert with light, thermostat, and blower to look pretty, and to provide heat; that will be usable even if we lose power.  It can be used at a low level, with blower turned off, as a nice little fire (which my small dog adores).  The fire has several different levels, as does the blower; and comes with an adjustable backlight.  The thermostat is part and parcel of the remote control, not something to be placed on a wall.   At high temp/blower settings, it will quickly warm up my tall-ceilinged, large living room with one window wall (a room difficult to keep at a comfortable temperature during the winter).  Both the fireplace and remote can be battery-operated, although the fireplace is plugged into electric in normal operation.

Installation:
Installation was done just before Christmas.  There were some scheduling problems, but the owner (Peter Westbrook) made sure that he and his crew arrived on the promised date, even tho it was late.  They cleaned the chimney first, then installed a new cap and placed the 2 in-out air pipes for the insert.  Then, the insert was put in place and connected to the previously-installed gas line (you call your local plumber for this) and the air pipes.  Then the logs I had chosen (there are several styles) were placed inside; and the glass barrier (no more marshmallow roasts with this setup!) and the facing I'd selected (also multiple styles) were put in place.  They tested it, and the fire looked great; so the crew went home, late in the evening, to their families.
Problem:
Turns out, I had to click the remote button 5-10 minutes repeatedly before the fireplace would stay lit.  I called the company, and they promised to send someone out right after the holidays.  Wasn't so bad at first, since I was so enchanted with the fireplace!  But that got old quickly.
Resolution:
Peter Westbrook came out, and had his man back on the roof checking the placement of the air pipes.  They were fine.  After checking several items inside, Peter discovered it was all due to a slight misalignment of the ceramic logs; a sensor was blocked.  He adjusted that (only a matter of inches).  
Nowadays, I click once, and my fireplace lights up and works like a charm!  I absolutely love it, and am happy to rely on Dunrite Chimney & Stove for all annual checkups and cleanings, since they have been so courteous and cheerful and reliable.

Some problems with scheduling, like waiting around all day. Workers were not on time, but once they showed up work was done timely and professionally and with care. Don't schedule work on days that you have even the smallest errands and you'll be happy with everything else. Clean and neat.

I explained above, it was an excellent experience.

It went very well all around, especially considering the work was performed in 90 degree summer heat and constant up and down the ladder to the roof to the chimney, carrying a very large and very heavy stainless steel liner.  The worker (sorry, forgot his name) had discovered the crumbling mortar and bricks when I called to have the chimney cleaned, and as a result did the necessary repairs and installed the new chimney liner.  He, and his helper, worked very hard the entire day in very hot and humid weather and would not quit until the job was completed.  They were polite and pleasant and performed their job professionallly.

They are double the price but are very, very good.  They will give you all kinds of information about your chimney.  They were professional and are well equipped.  They are knowledgeable and I would recommend them to others.

Starting with the friendly lady, Ellen, who answered my initial phone inquiry, to the completion of the job by Anthony, doing business with Dunrite was a pleasure. My work was scheduled soon after I agreed to go ahead, they arrived on time, and completed the work with care and competence. I can't think of one thing that might be considered a negative about this company.

They repaired our fireplace.They were very good, they were nice, they were on time, they had to get more parts and they came back on time, and the fireplace has been great and we've had no problems.

Drew arrived on time.  Put cloth down to protect the floor.  Inspected the chimney from inside the home and on the roof and cleaned the chimney.  Job well done in a very timely manner.  Drew was very polite.

Overall very good experience.  They are a good company.

Contractor came in and provided an estimate - assessemnt of requirements was accurate fare given that a previous contractor had similiar recommendations but for a much higher price - schedule work witnb a 33% deposit down paid by check and guranteed with a credit card - contractor showed upearly and erected scalfolding - finsihed job on time with not problems - very professional and neat - would recommend them to anyone

Gave a deposit and scheduled work One month in advance. The scheduled date came and went, rescheduled Twice because the job the day before wasn't completed, third reschedule was due to the weather. I lost one vacation day because of the poor scheduling of the company.

THEY SAID I NEEDED CONCRETE WORK WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT OF MONEY. THEY WERE VERY PERSISTENT ABOUT IT, I FELT THEY WERE TRYING TO SHAKE ME DOWN. I GOT A QUOTE FOR HALF THE PRICE FROM SOMEONE ELSE SO ONLY HAD THEM CLEAN.

THE COMPANY SEEMS TO BE HONEST. THE WORK THAT WAS DONE SEEMS TO HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM SO FAR. WE DO NOT SEE ANYMORE EVIDENCE OF WATER LEAKS. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND TOLD ME WHAT THEY WOULD DO. THEY CAME OUT AND DID JUST THAT. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER JOB TO HAVE BEEN DONE.
