I had a replacement Rheem Classic Series Professional 40-gal, Hot Water Heater installed by South Shore Plumbing on July 7, 2020. This unit was on the second floor of my residence. Kyle Dennington was the plumbing Mechanic who did the work. The tram was very professional. They covered all our white rugs with tarps and went the extra mile to make sure the workmanship was terrific and the area was kept clean. I’m very pleased in the job they did and would highly recommend them for any plumbing project or equipment replacement.

They have been my go to plumbers and go above and beyond. Jenny answers the phone and the customer service is excellent. They are all so nice and professional. They are responsive, come when they say they will and are reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was the most easy and most professional experience we have had while doing major renovations to our newly bought home. We also have a general contractor come with his plumber and I just didn’t trust his work, that being said I called Dennis and he came on his own time to assess what this other guy was doing and he immediately put a stop to it and said he will be back In The morning to fix it. He was there promptly at 8 am w his crew and RE did everything properly. He only charged me for parts!!! Who does that nowadays? He takes pride in his work and treats your home as if it were his. No cutting corners for Dennis and south shore plumbing and heating. DEFINETLY the company you want for plumbing and heating.
