- Secondly, they called with much apology when they had to back us off by half a day.
- Thirdly, and best of all, the service guy, Robert, was like perfection. He called ahead to make sure I was home and was right on time. He was friendly, soft-spoken, and extremely competent. It was like having a buddy in the house. And they came in right on budget.
The second time I had a leaky spigot, to my surprise they charged me to replace a washer over $100.00, I was unaware there was a weekend extra charge which I as never advised of.
The third time a pipe busted in my cellar. They came and repaired it. The following day a toilet that is over the pipe they repaired didn't flush. They came again and said the toilet not flushing had nothing to do with the work done the previous day. They supposedly replaced something in the toilet and charged me $200.00. I never saw them leave with a part and when I checked the bathroom there was nothing thrown out. I also opened the lid and the water stain was equally on all the parts.
