"This project was completed several years ago. If I remember correctly, you were having medical issues at the time and were in the hospital for a significant amount of time. As a result, we were unable to work together with to properly ensure everything was done to your satisfaction. If there are still issues, please alert us so we can rectify."
"Thank you for your post and feed back. First we don't want any unhappy customers. If your not happy, we're not happy and we will do everything in out power to fix it. Your gutter covers were designed to eliminate any need for gutter cleanings by preventing leaves and debris from getting in while also allowing water to be wicked and pulled into the gutters. If the gutters are frozen, then the water has no were to go but run out as icicles. This is an extremely important part of the design to the covers as "icicles" mean the water is running down and away from your roof verses "ice damns" which cause water to back up and into your home. Ice Damns did so much damage to so many people homes this past winter, I am at least glad to hear that our gutter covers helped you to avoid this build up of snow and ice on your home. The only way to prevent icicles would be to install a heating coil or a heat trace tape, both we can do for you. Please call me and let me know if I can be of any more help. If possible, I would ask that your revise our ratings to an A as the gutter covers have eliminated the need for you to ever have to clean your gutters, they did avoid the build up of snow and ice which prevented ice damn from forming and prevented any leaks or damages to your home. We did answer you calls and tried to help you the same day you contacted us. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction in all that we do and we want every customer to be a happy customer.."

I recently had a minor issue when I put my Christmas decorations away in the attic and noticed one of the bathroom vents that was going out the roof was loose. I called Honey Do men and they stopped by the same day and said they would have someone stop by in a few days to fix. It just reinforced my decision to use Honey Do Men, as I don't see this kind of customer service in many industries anymore. Overall very professional, top notch company.
