I went to them without any referrals. It turned out well. The job was completed I was satisfied with the out come. My only constructive criticism was that I believe they over charge for the job. They were personal, polite and professional. They also wanted to come out and do our gutters for us. They were quick to want to put me on an annual contract, but after my first billing experience I wasn?t as eager to get into a contract with them.

It turned out really well. They gave us a really good price. The roof still looks good. It is a few years old. I had them come back and repair a different section of the house so they came back quickly to do that as well.

They gave me an estimate for tearing down an old roof, putting on a new roof and repairing 2 chimneys. They were on time for the quote and very professional. They gave me the quote within a week. They spent time and explained things to me and explained how they worked.

Took a few days for an estimate, then a few days for the gutter to be repaired, then a few more days for a return trip to finish the job. So not exactly a quick turnaround for a small job. I returned home one evening and noticed that the gutter had been secured, but that the drain pipe had not been properly attached to the vertical portion of the gutter. To their credit, Honey-Do-Men came back a few days later to finish their work and didn't give me a hard time about it. I was just not happy with the initial lack of attention to detail that required the return visit.

Darrell Babboni was who we dealt with. Very pushy. Made us feel that if we didn't hire him we would ruin the new building work we just had completed. (Which turned out to be false) He also sent a different company to do the actual work (AJ RELIABLE) When we asked him about that he said that they are the same company. He never informed us that AJ would be doing the actual work. Finally, he didn't do part of the work he said he would do and refuses to give us a credit for that portion of the work. He is unreasonable.

I feel that the price they charged me was fair for all the work that they ended up doing. It was pretty competitive with other estimates I received. By the time they were done with the job they had to clean up by the light of their truck. Some people came back the next day to finish the clean up and it still wasn't perfect.

I got reference from Angies List and called company and Daryl came to my home for free estimate. Very polite, professional and well informed of the products that he brought to my home and suggested what I might want to get. Job was done in about a week from signing contract and the crew that came to my house did a great job. Worked fast and did a proffessional job and cleaned up after. Overall experince was great and would highly recommend to anyone and would use company again with out a doubt in my mind.

The owner Darrel came out to give me an estimate. He spent about 45 minutes going over what I needed, and inspecting my roof and gutters. I didn't feel rushed at all. He even offered his license and insurance info without me asking. He promised that all of the work would be done by the end of the following week, and kept his promise. The gutter guys came on 1 day, and the roofer on another day. I actually met the roofer, and mentioned 1 minor thing that the gutter guys forgot. He made sure that Darrel was informed. Darrel came out at the end of the week to inspect the work, and to take care of the 1 outstanding item. This is a very professional, reliable company to deal with. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional.

Estimate given on price of work was very reasonable, and estimator was open and up-front about scope of work that was needed. They tore off my entire roof, including decking, and replaced it within 4 days. Also re-flashed my chimney. Person who did the estimating was on-site and working with his crew, and was always available to answer my questions, with a smile. They brought their own generator so I did not incur electrical charges, and did a nice clean-up job when they were done. So far--no more leaking roof!!!

Darrell was late for the estimate appointment but called to let us know. He was very thorough in his exam of our gutter needs and recommended an improved configuration which looks better and works very well. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We accepted his proposal and waited to hear when the work would begin after he said he could have it done by the end of the next week. There was some confusion on the start date and a mix up in notifying us of when the work would begin but the workers arrived when they said they would and worked cleanly and efficiently.

They stand behind their work that is for sure. There was a problem at the end and the boss came back and fixed it himself. He really did a good job and I though that was very professional and reliable of the company. They are dedicated to their work and you can tell.

The company representative came the day after we called, to review the problem and give an estimate. he came right on time, and spent over an hour reviewing the problems and suggesting solutions. Once the best solution was agreed on, he had to go over the entire thing with my partner...and he did it patiently and with a smile. He wasn't rushed and seemed eager to find the right solution for us. He did not know when the work would be done, since they were quite busy, and he said he'd try to get it done that week. the work was done the following week, and seems extremely well done. A chimney leak we've had 2 other companies attempt to fix is now finally fixed. The price was reasonable. they also presented insurance certificates for their workers. I highly recommend them.
