"Unfortunately we do not service Rockland County and we did correct that with Angie's List. However we did try to rectify the situation by arranging for another reputable contractor to do the inspection. There were communication problems between the customer and contractor in trying to set up an appointment. We finally set up an appointment for the contractor to meet with customer. We will follow up to make sure customer is satisfied."

On the day the work was scheduled, the scheduler from Class-A called to tell us that another job was going overtime and they'd need to reschedule for the following week. The plumbers were already on site, and were unwilling to penetrate the roof if nobody was going to seal the hole they created. So the whole day could have been a complete disaster.
Fortunately when I called back to explain the situation, the business owner decided to make things work and came very late on a Friday to do the job. He told us that putting in the boot and flashing the penetration was actually not part of the package we purchased, but that he would honor what the office person had promised and he completed the job very efficiently. So we are grateful that he carried this through as it would have created a lot of chaos for us if he did not.

"Dear Member, I am sorry that you feel as if we did not return your phone calls in a proper manner but to my knowledge we returned by phone and in person immediately. The problem was not caused by A-Class Builders and I did tell the member that. The unreturned phone calls that I believe you are referring to is when it was being insisted that we were responsible for the temperature in the attic. I take every business phone call as a priority and after all the work that was done over and beyond expected I am a bit disappointed with your remarks.
