John Whigham, Inc., is a proud native of Nassau County and the surrounding area. I have well over twenty years experience and am fully licensed and insured. I have a motto where the customer always comes first. I stand behind my belief that quality work and prompt service will only benefit my rapport with new and existing clients. I specialize in brick and stone patios, walkways and steps. I also can rip out and redo your cracked driveway for that smooth finish and that enhanced curb appeal you so desire. I can custom build your next patio or how about your deck? We all know old man winter is not far behind. I will offer snow removal service as well. Once the weather allowed the project begin, John Whigham's team completed demolition of the old retaining wall, put up a new 2-ft retaining wall, demolished the old walkway, created a new paver stone walkway, removed many shrubs/bushes from the yard, graded the lawn, added peat moss and seed to the lawn in 5 days!! Excellent Work and very efficient! You def. get what you pay for with John Whigham, Inc.

When I had initially hired them they said that the project would be complete in 2 weeks at most. They also said that someone would contact me within a week to set-up a time. No one called me. When I called the office they were disorganized. Eventually (over a month later), they did show up and completed the work. They did a very nice job installing the attic stairs but it took so much longer then they said it would.

Despite scheduling screw-ups, John Whigham, Inc. met my needs just before a major holiday. The work done was of high quality, done neatly, and within my short time constraints. I spent more than I wanted to, but in the end, the quality work makes it worth the cost.

They came sor an estimate, and were very professional bringing with them a book filled with examples of work they do. They gave us a start date, and came on that exact day, and actually finished earlier than expected.

Did not have the pleasure to meet John personally but his salesman (Andy) is the consummate professional. Very easy to work with, exceptional communication skills and completely on top of everything including multiple follow up calls. The tile installers do very good work. The main installer has an endearing old world charm. Do not be thrown off. He knows his craft and the finished product speaks for itself. I've already recommended John Whigham to friends and family.

All that was put in my contract was done to my satisfaction. The color slate I picked out was delivered. Everyone involved was extremely satisfactory. They were all polite and concerned that all I wanted was done. They left my property clean every day after they left and when they were finished it was absolutely clean. They were careful not to break anything and were just pleasant to have around. I would and did recommend them to someone on my street and I believe they are getting a job out of it. I would recommend them anytime.

They were very professional. They came on time and completed the project on time. They were neat, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of each day. They inspected their work and fixed anything they did not think was quality before I even had a chance to look. Would hire them again.

I was very pleased with the service and attention my project received. Although it was a small project, they treated it as if it was a larger project. Not only did the salesperson Mr. Feldman come to discuss the project, but Paul Whigham also met with me. They showed me examples of previous projects and worked with me on the price. My wife and I are very satisfied with the finished project. I will definitely hire John Whigham for my next window project.

They did an excellent job. Had my new roof on in just one day. My siding took 3 more days and you would not recognize my house. It is just awesome. I live on the water and my neighbors going by in their boats are yelling and shouting what a great looking house it is. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a major job.

We are very impressed with Andy Disanto when he presented with portfolio and material for the roof replacement. He wrote down step by step how it will be done. What will happen after they start with the work. They will repair all the problems underneath before they continue. This give us peace of mind. They are also very efficient and thorough. After they finished their job, they cleared up the whole area and removed all gabages. They are professional contractor. They are the best we have ever hired. The job was completed on time and within the original budget. The job turned out to be much more expensive that originally estimated but this was due to unforeseen circumstances. The contractor quickly and responsibly stopped the job temporarily to discuss the problems that arose and come up with a solution.

While they probably are not the cheapest, I am confident that they did a quality job. I had the entire roof replaced and after some research I know they used the top of the line materials. It looks fantastic as well. We had a small mishap which they rectified immediately and made it very clear that they wanted me to be happy with the job. The painter, Jose, was just wonderful as were the roofers. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up my property before they left. I would highly recommend this company!
