We called this company because it was a Sunday and our usual service person could not make it that day . We could not wait till the next morning since water was backing up into the house.So we called Citywide Sewer and Drain service.They show up about three hours after the calle was placed.They pumped out he cesspool . Then instructed us to flush the toilet . The serviceman said it was not draining into the cesspool. He needed to snake the line.an extra 200.00 He did so. then he said that there was roots in the pipes. He wanted to charge 800.00 to replace the pipe . Well this did not sound right . So we paid him 645.00 for pump out. Next day one of the showers was not draining. We called Roto-Rooter . They showed up within an hour . They ran a snake in the line ,plus a camera to see if the root comment was true.Well, low and behold NO ROOTS. Found another problem that is not such a big deal. Citywide is a rip off !!!!! Will never use them again.

They did a good job pumping out the cesspool. They came out pretty quickly, they had to locate the tank. After they performed the service, the cesspool broke and they recommended a company to come out and help with those repairs.

I had to take them through Consumer Affairs. They promised they would send a check for reimbursement, it was totally unnecessary to have to have had go through Consumer Affairs. I had used Citywide two times before and never had a problem. What they did in the end negated what they had done previously.

CITY WIDE DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. EVERYTHING WORKS GREAT NOW AND THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESS THAT WAS MADE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYBODY.

THE PLUMBER WAS VERY NEAT AND CLEAN, BUT I THINK HE TRIED TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DID NOT NEED. THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED WAS FINE AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

IT TOOK THEM TOO LONG TO RESPOND TO MY CALL. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD COME AT A CERTAIN TIME BUT THEY WERE LATE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE TOO HIGH AND THE SERVICE WAS OF POOR QUALITY.

MY REGULAR PLUMBER WAS BUSY SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY WERE SO QUICK TO COME OUT. THE GUY WAS VERY POLITE AND IT ONLY TOOK HIM FIFTEEN MINUTES TO UNCLOG MY SINK. THE COST SEEMED A BIT HIGH BUT I CAN'T COMPLAIN.
