I placed 2 flower orders with 1-800-Flowers for Valentine's Day, I for each of my daughters. I received a confirmation for both orders & paid a premium to have the guarantee that they would be delivered on Valentine's Day. For the 1st order, my daughter in West Lafayette, IN, when I called to find out why it was not delivered I was told that the bouquet I picked was "NO LONGER AVAILABLE". I was never notified of this, I paid $99.99 plus delivery for this. I did not have the receipt in front of me when I was picking a replacement bouquet. So, I asked the customer service rep., she told me $84.99, which was a lie, as my receipt says $99.99. For order #2, it was supposed to be delivered to Los Altos Hills, CA on Valentine's Day. It was NEVER DELIVERED, EVEN THOUGH THE FLORIST MARKED IT AS DELIVERED!! I was home the entire day. I paid $144.99 plus delivery. They said they would send a replacement, but as of 11:00am on Feb. 15th, nothing!! I was on the phone with 1-800-Flowers for over an hour on Feb. 14th trying to sort it out & now again today for 44 minutes. Worst company, worst delivery & worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!
