Wetzels is a very professional shop. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is well equipped and very clean. I have been very pleased with their serivce and will continue to use them.

Checked my brakes as the car was wobbling when braking. They made a thorough analysis and only performed the services I needed, as opposed to upselling unneccesary services like many auto service shops did in my past.

Every time we have a problem we go there. I don't remember how much we spent but it always seems very fair though. We trust their work. They know what they are doing. We trust them to do everything and to do the right work. They charge you a reasonable price. My husband uses them all the time. We will use their services again in the future.

I dropped my car off in the morning for a scheduled service to replace my tires and belts. My check engine light had come on that morning and when they investigated found that I needed a tune-up. They prioritized the repairs I needed and let me know that I could delay replacing my belts in order to keep my expenditure lower at this time. This was very helpful to me. They completed the work on time.

I used their website to make my appointment, but showed up 45 minutes early since my other errands that day got done early. They took my vehicle right away. They did the work in approximately 30 min., informed me that my tires are wearing down, but not in need of immediate replacement [no hard sell to get more money], and gave me my car back.
