Any time any of my friends or family have a vehicle issue, the technicians at tomasellos auto were always incredible to them. They have never quoted an unfair price and were usually willing to work out payments with my family and I. These are technicians that really care about what's going on in their customers lives.

Nick was quick and responsive. Here has worked on my brothers, my husband's and my car door many different things. He was great and he got a light to turn off that no one could get to turn off, not even the dealership!

After driving away, I got a dash alert that there was only 1 lb of air in my RF tire. Obviously, there was something wrong as my tires seemed inflated fine. So I texted Nick Tomasello (the Tech and also a friend of my sons) to let him know that same day of the issue (Tuesday 7/31/17) - and asked when I can bring the car back - and he ignored me. On Thursday 8/2, I had a different dash message, that now said "Service Tire Monitoring System". I texted the Tech again, and he then told me that I had a sensor issue when I brought my truck in - even though I didn't - plus he didn't say one word about a sensor issue when I picked my truck up 2 days prior! Through text messages, the Tech told me to bring the truck back on Friday and he'd fix it free of charge. My son took it there for me, and they replaced the sensor - only now there was a $60.00 charge that I was never informed of! They made my son pay it or they were not releasing my vehicle. He didn't know what to do, so he paid it. When I contacted Tomasello Auto and explained the situation 1.) There was no sensor issue when the truck came in on 7/31 (if there was, it should've been mentioned at the time of pick-up on 7/31) 2.) The Tech (Nick) said the sensor replacement would be free and 3) I never authorized a sensor replacement for payment, I only authorized them to fix what they broke and they still refuse to refund the $60. I contacted them and gave them proof of all the communications between myself and their tech to prove there was no mention of charge. This is their response: Nick was off work hours and on a personal cell line in discussions with you, therefore that has nothing to do with the business. (Funny, the $400 original charge was communicated to me via text but that was ok?). They also said: We did not damage the sensor and are under no obligation to repair a previously broken component for free. They refuse to acknowledge that I was never told of the $60 charge and therefore never authorized the replacement for payment. They refuse to refund the $60, even though it was their fault. Had they mentioned the sensor at the time I paid them $400, or before they even began work on the vehicle, I would not have to write this review, as it would have been addressed immediately. I maintain they collected $60 dishonestly.
