I researched other veterinarians and their prices are competitive. They don't appear to be as money hungry as larger veterinarian offices seem to be. They're very good at taking care of my pets. You can walk in there and feel like you're in a regular hospital. Everything is clean and neat. They're very expedient and friendly. They were very patient with my young dog, who has a lot of energy. The free treats they gave him didn't hurt.

I knew Dr. Schaedler from when she was practicing at Sheridan Animal Hospital. I found her to be a very dedicated and well qualified Veterinarian. When I got the quote for $1,000 for my cat's dental cleaning, I starting calling other veterinaians that I knwo for quotes. Dr. Schaedler was going to be $800, which I still felt was too high.

This was my first visit to Northtown Animal Hospital and my first meeting with Dr. Schaedler.
The receptionist was very pleasant and the waiting area was spacious, clean and very nicely laid out. The seating is adjacent to an indoor Coy pond which is also very interesting and very well done. The vet tech staff were all very nice and pleasant as well.
While this was my first meeting with Dr. Schaedler, it wasn't the first visit for my 12 year old cat Tiki. I had just adopted Tiki from my employer, and the only caveat was that Tiki stay with her original vet for care. I now understand why.
Dr. Schaedler is a very passionate advocate for her patients!
I am not a person who just agrees with any recommended treatment or procedure that a Doctor makes without understanding the benefits and the needs for the procedure. I pride myself at always looking after the best interest of my cat, and weighing all of the care and treatment options and need carefully before I agree to anything.
Dr. Schaedler spent time with me to explain the reasons and benefits for each of her recommendations for Tiki.
She explained that even though we may disagree on some of her recommendations, she will always advocate for the best interest of the animal.
After the visit she also took the time to email me some additional research information to backup some of her recommendations.
Dr. Schaedler also personally called me the next evening with Tiki's blood work results (All normal) and took her time to explain each part and why it is important.
I now know that I have the BEST veterinarian doctor anyone who loves there pets could ask for!

I have been very pleased with the service and the vet and personnel there are great!

She is a fantastic veterinarian. In terms of price, she is pretty much on the same level as all the other veterinarians that I ever dealt with. She is reasonably priced. I would use her services again in the future in six months.

The overall experience went very well. Dr. Schaedler and her staff were very caring and understanding with my situation, that I was quite upset about the possibility I may lose my furry friend. Dr. Schaedler explained everything in detail and showed sincere concern. It took a bit of time, but eventually my cat got better. He is on insulin shots daily. But if it was not for Northtown Animal Hospital, and Dr. Schaedler's experience, the ending of the story would be much different.
