Clean Sweep Chimney Service & Heating

I have absolutely no complaints. The gentlemen called a couple days prior to confirm and arrived during the designated time frame. Was friendly, courteous and very neat.

Everything was done professionally and promptly. Would recommend them to anyone in need of chimney repair. Was referred to them by a previous customer who had a similar experience.

The Man who did the cleaning was prompt, very professional, left no evidence of his passing, and even performed a little extra without being asked, by re-anchoring the flu chain to the side of the firebox. Very satified. I would happily recommend them.

On the first visit to clean the chimney, the worker was on time. He was very neat and put tarps on the floor from the front door to the chimney. The vacuuming and cleaning was done quickly and the chimney inspected. The work was done in about 35 minutes. A good job was done.

On the second visit, screens caps were put on the top of the chimney. The worker did a very good job. It took a lot of effort to get to the roof but the worker was able to handle the ladders very well. He explained how the caps would work and how they would be secured with adhesive. I'm very happy with the work he did. The job took 30-40 minutes.

Technician arrived at the scheduled time, was friendly, courteous and professional. He protected my hardwood floors while he cleaned the chimney and left the area as clean as when he started.

Their estimate was right on the ball. They were prompt, professional and clean. They are very good people and I will recommend them highly.

Was very clean, used lots of dropcloths and vaccuum to control the dust. He finished in under an hour. Ended up recommending lots of work to be done for the fireplace and chimney to be ready to use. The price was a bit more than other places, but easier to schedule an appointment.

Although the individual performing the services was very pleasant and neat, the job was not done as good as would have been expected. The repointing estimate was at least $1000 higher than any other bid received.

This job takes all day. They were able to work while I was not home as long as they had access to power and water. They cleaned area fully before leaving and asked if I had any questions. The company has cleaned my chimmney before as well as installed a new glass fireplace face/grill.

Ben seemed very knowledgeable about chimneys and fireplaces. He inspected the chimney all the way to the basement. Ben recommended optional chimney caps, but we opted out. He pointed out some mortar around our fireplace was a little loose, but we will fix that ourselves. The service call took about an hour.

They showed up early, which was unexpected but fine. They explained what they were going to be doing, what areas of the house they were going to be in, and roughly how long everything would take. The cleaning and inspection only took an hour. They were thorough, and went the extra length of removing the flue, cleaning and making a slight repair to it, and replacing it. Within two days they had provided an estimate to rebuild my chimney.

Arrived on time, professional and courteous. Was not happy with the outcome of the inspection, but that's not their fault.

My home was built like 33 years ago and it had like a metal chimney on it. The metal had rotted so this is why I had this done. It really looks good. People actually walk by and ask when I got a brick chimney. It is funny. I had this done years ago and it only cost me about $800. This year it was a little higher but it still looks really good.

The sweeper was on time and friendly. He did a great job and left the house as clean as it was before. He talked a lot and the job took a little longer because of it, but I would rather he be friendly and do a good job than miserable.

Clean Sweep Chimney was absolutely phenomenal. Unlike another company which claimed the entire chimney needed replacing. Clean Sweep was honest about the work that needed to be done, and accomplished it for a fair price. They did an excellent job.
