"Thank you for choosing Carpet Star ( Cleaning & Flooring) for your deep carpet cleaning with our powerful truck mount system. I, Bradley Gurecki was there with my partner. We were a little late because I had a few jobs going on at the same time and had to drop other workers off on the oppsite side of town to help another customer. Lockport is 40 mins from Buffalo were this job was located, the customer called me and rescheduled 3 times within an 3 day period and when he rescheduled the final day we had a job in the morning so I had to figure something out to drop a worker off on that job so I can head to Lockport to take care of this customer reason why I was late but I kept great communication and calling the customer to keep them updated. When I Arrived the carpets were in need of deep cleaning, the stairs were cleaned once and I spent 20 mins restoring them with the truck mount machine. Due to deep pet hair issues I had to use a hard bristle brush by hand to remove as much pet hair as possible. I tried my best. The Customer never complained to us about anything I showed her what we were doing so she totally understood the lengths we went through to restore her carpets. During the walk through before cleaning started I explained to the customer pricing if all furniture was to be move or if travel areas were to be cleaned only and the customer had a very tight budget so she choose travel areas in most rooms but Because I was late I did go above and beyond and move furniture for Free, ex. (master bedroom dressers, mattresses in guest bedroom, sofa in living room, TV with stand and chair in sitting room) but I had to stop somewhere. We were there cleaning carpets for over 4 hours. I went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy."
