He was there for a week or so. Carlos was treated well. If my dog doesn't like someone he lets me know. He did very well with the staff there. In fact, when I had arrived to pick him up, they were outside playing with him. He was having a good time. He was happy and he was at ease.

They're great. Our little dog is difficult. He is very challenging and they always find a way to settle him down and make him comfortable. This was a new vet. She was just great. She is not a new vet, but she was new to me and she was new to my dog. She was just very calm and very patient. She did a great job with him. I spend a lot of money at the vet, but I don't know whether they are more or less expensive. They do a great job. It's the only place I trust my dogs. I wouldn't send them anywhere else.

I have not been to many veterinary hospital to compare the price with.   I plan to use them in the future.  

They are easy to schedule with, minimal wait time and the service is just excellent. Their pricing was reasonable. It does not matter which vet I see there, the service is always consistently good.

This was for 21 days; I believe the price was fair I will be using them when I leave for vacation.

They are very good. They are very nice and friendly people. They provide a good service. They were very good and knew what they were doing. The price is about average.

Buffalo Small Animal Hospital has been our vet for a number of years through two dogs and a number of hamsters. The vets have changed on occasion but in general staff turnover is low, so they get to know your pet and its ways, especially if you use them for boarding, which we also do. They are professional and caring. Each checkout gives you a reminder list of what tests or shots are due and when. They want you to be involved in your pets care and promote regular check ups and maintenance medications like heart worm pills and flea protection. They are willing to discuss all options for treatment and are sensitive to the fact that not all of us can spend huge sums of money on our pets. I have always been able to get a same day appointment when there is a problem. When I had our first dog put down after a long life, I received a touching card from Dr. Josh that made it easier for me. His dad makes wonderful leather muzzles for your dogs. This helped with our first dog, who wanted to bit me every time I cut his nails. Like all things, you get what you pay for...they are not cheap but they are not unreasonable. They are close to downtown so it is easy to drop your pet off in the morning and pick him/her up in the afternoon if you want grooming services or an appointment you can't make. This is a service that deserves an AAA+ rating.

They always have a good solution to any problem. They are like my family.
