We first encountered this facility when my wife had a flat tire in October 2014.  They changed her tire quickly and did not charge for the service.  We ordered a replacement tire which they installed quickly.  As we continued to have problems with our OEM tires, I called Chris to consult about a set of replacement tires.  He spent a great deal of time helping me select the best option for our situation.  He is a true professional and very customer-focused.  He is very flexible and ensures that you are comfortable with the decision.  Interactions with him are like having a consultation with an outstandng physician or attorney.  He and his staff get my highest recommendation.

I've been a loyal customer for years. They'll take you home and pick you up if you can't wait around, and the service is top notch. Owner is factory trained specialist with Dodge Caravans so that's a big plus for me, but these guys know cars inside and out. They stick to their estimates and guarantee their work. Gave me a good deal on tires too!

The repairs where done quickly on time and as estimated. I asked them to look at my truck's brake lights which for some reason weren't working which he saw. They took the truck in to investigate further and could not find the problem. He did not charge me for the time and trouble to investigate a problem that did not reoccur. The folks at BC Automotive are a very rare breed in these days.
