I have long straight hair and wanted it trimmed 3 inches shaped in a curve and thinned. It is 3 inches shorter and the bottom 2 inches are thinned. It wasn't the look I wanted, but I didn't want any more length cut off so I didn't complain. It was a very pleasant experience but the end result isn't want I was looking for. I am sad I wasn't patient to wait for an apt with my usual hair dresser.
