About us
wrkSHap kiloWatt is a woman-owned, Black-owned boutique design studio that specializes in historic preservation and owner's representation/construction project management in NYC. The purpose of the business is to make life less chaotic for building owners by supporting the preservation of historic sites and managing construction projects at their historic and older properties. The owner and primary staff is an architect licensed in New York State and has been practicing architecture for over 15 years.
