 + -1 moreAwful technical service, awful customer service. Arrived late, and told us we needed a new thermostat. We got a new thermostat and the problem persister. A new company came to check the water heater and told us we did not need a new thermostat, replaced a part and it worked. I called for a refund, they refused to give my money back and did not offer an apology. AWFUL company, DO NOT USE THEM, they will waste your time and money.
